Very quick and easy to set up. Called and immediately got someone on the line no hold time. First time ever setting up home internet. Worked with me and explained everything I would need. Extremely helpful. Technician who came to set up the router was on time and very nice.

Your technicians went in excess of above and beyond. Checked all tvs and computer to ensure the internet was working properly and even went outside and completed wiring maintence by reattaching wires that were imprioerly secured to my siding when originally installed.

Tech was awesome, very knowledgeable. Tech desk conducts a team meeting during install times with no one watching tickets. Took almost an hour to turn fiber service on that was already physically installed. Management needs to reconsider mtg times and ticket coverage for better supportof their field techs.

We were having daily problems with our Wi-Fi after nearly a week of having South Slope install our Internet. I finally called for support and two technicians came out to our home. At first the issue was not apparent, but they were patient to wait for a while and listen to my concerns until the issue came up again. Finally the issue was resolved. For this reason I want to do a shout out to Jack and Tori. Tori even even called the next day to make sure that we still weren't dealing with any issues. That's just simply amazing customer service!
