This is an agency that overpromises and under delivers. Even after several opportunities to make good on their original contract, they continued to fail at delivering on keyword search and page rank increases along with other basic SEO services and they single-handedly tanked our Google ads. We have since hired someone in-house who has real hands-on experience and we are much happier. Be careful with agencies like iFocus who have a strong sales team - it can be very difficult to know what you are signing up for.
