My daughters and I love coming to this library! It's close to our house, it's always so clean and quiet and cozy! Tenoah is always so sweet and helpful and she knows my oldest daughter by name as soon as we come in now! I wish there were more sweet welcoming people like her in other public places that we visit!

Only needed to print out a few pages. Must have cash. No ATM. Staff was nice. Library seems in need of an upgrade for sure. Maybe a new building and location. Didn't seem like they had a big catalog but I'm sure they have some digital prints if you sign up.

Attended the Summer Program Kick-off at the Phenix City Russell County Library with my daughter and grandson. We had an awesome time. My grandson (4 years old) received his first library card and registered for the summer reading program.

They have really nice purple working here. Only library I can find in Russell County. They do have new releases but not up to date info on research topics. A lot of the authors I read in GA are not available here.

Noisy. Very loud conversations going on with staff and patrons. Its like a club scene with kids running around playing. Disappointing for staff not to enforce keeping the noise level down. I guess public libraries are no longer a quiet place to study or read. Just awful. Have to double check after them when getting movies because they give you the wrong ones often.

My children and I love coming to the Phenix City Library. We are there at least once a week for story time. It’s always so organized and clean and best of all QUIET. I love that the amazing staff members worry about others’ experience so everything runs smoothly. It’s always a pleasure going there.

You can't get more down home in the air and it's like family it's all inclusive unless you got that racist family down the street . But not here they treat everyone the same. You ain't got to go in there and help but you know you want to.
