After many promises of growth and very directed campaigns, I saw no too little return on investment.
I was not contacted for some months and after meeting with Alex, he was very persistent and adamant we could make it work by increasing the Google spend.
Apparently the guy that was mean to contact and update me (Carl) had been doing nothing for months
I did this reluctantly and saw no growth. After raising this again at a further meeting, he offered me a better deal on management costs but I felt we were flogging a dead horse. I asked to cancel and they wanted to charge me a full months management fee in advance.
I rang Alex and he hand balled me to Andy who then explained I would be invoiced regardless
I argued that no services were being utilised and they kept saying it’s part of their contract
I was able to have the management fee Pro rata for a weeks charges but they still wanted 30 days despite not running a campaign
Upon cancellation they charge me more than $400 for nothing
After speaking with other businesses who had used them in the past, they informed me that they had the same exact issues and had cancelled their services with them also due to lack of ROI but were still cheekily charged a month in advance for no service
I also found Alex to be really quite intense and forceful with suggestions regarding my business that I repeatedly said wouldn’t work for the industry we were in
Perhaps I just want being heard.
It’s just disappointing and felt like big talk no results
Unfortunately I do not recommend this company and couldn’t come to a balanced resolution with them.
