One of their engineers took time out of several consecutive days to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 would recommend this company and their equipment to anyone. Very poor support service on the product they sell. Can’t send anyone to troubleshoot. We’ve not been able to get a viable answer out of anyone at this company to fix our feed system. Been down for several days-livestock without feed & they are out of solutions. 🤨
