The black haired kid at the counter was a moron. Would not accept my package because it contained UNUSED motor oil he believed was a hazmat item. Explained i order oil frequently and it never ships hazmat. Its flash point is much higher than the box its packed in. The guy wouldn't budge. Grabbed my box and went to the Gateway Dr location, where they scanned it and threw it on the pile no fuss. If you value your time go there instead. Total Choice is trying to save the world, one box of motor oil at a time.

Extremely trustworthy!!!! I had an issue with a shipment and ALL of the employees at the Ottumwa Ia store went out of their way to help me. The store manager went above and beyond my expectations in making things right! I wouldn't ever use anyone else for packing and shipping. Gentlemen...very well done and thanks again!
