The receptionist lady was very rude and condescending. She was hostile and acted as if she was above helping me. Went this morning to inquire for help or direction in regards to an accident that took place in the city of Pleasant Hill per the suggestion of my insurance company. The receptionist made the following statements “Who told you to come?” “It’s ridiculous that you are here asking these questions?” “We can’t help you.” Where is the SERVICE in the police departments protect and serve? I understand that if the police department wasn’t the place to go but I was directed by my insurance company to do so to look for at least some guidance. However, I did not deserve such treatment.

The woman working at the desk was extremely rude. I went here to get a salvage inspection and needed directions on where to go. She was very rude and hung up on me when I told her there was no signage and didn’t know where to go. I had to call back multiple times and when she answered the phone she was silent. Very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude.

Trailer park managers keep driving around harassing people I go outside telling them to stop loitering and the park managers lie and say I was threatening them I have it all on camera extremely unprofessional disrespectful officers I hope they took all the bad apples out of the force doesnt look like it. Stop harassing my girlfriend my car can be parked there leave us alone
