Amazing customer service.
Steve took very good care of us starting the first day he came out to check if we could get internet, up to today when he came out for the install. Treated our home with respect and my one dog who is usually a d-bag really liked him, (wagged his tail and wanted to be around him)which is rare for anyone that comes to our home to complete a service of any kind. He's got a pretty good judge of character. Jack approves and says he is welcome any time!!

So far internet is great!

We waited a little while for the install but it was definitely worth the wait.

Really liked that Steve made sure all our questions were answered before he left and I truly hope he is compensated accordingly through the company for the high caliber of service he provides.

Never had issues with the internet but the customer service & employees are just awful. So condescending and rude. When you finally move, they will keep the money left on your account. They say it's in their policy to not refund anything under $10 but that seems wrong. What do they do with everyone's money? They need to be reported.

Had them for many years when I lived in the marathon area. Internet always liked to crash at 2am every night for some weird reason. It was decent for speed but the price was too much for the speed offered. But they were always super nice and responsive when I needed them.

Been having internet trouble for over 2 months. Have called about it multiple times. We have had interruptions every hour, they last around 5-10 minutes. The rating would be higher if they could maybe figure out the problems. The techs that come out are very great tho.

Perhaps I am a lone ranger on this one, but I have had great luck with their internet. Higher in price maybe a bit...but even during storms things work rather efficiently, and equipment is quality, and service has always been kind and professional. I had an issue with my service being interrupted due to a tree growing out into the connection between my "dish" and the connection point in Marathon, but a quick trim and we were up and running again. Keeping that clear for good service was disclosed to me at the time of installation, and I figured I would have to do it eventually. Always been treated nicely and have no qualms with the individuals that have answered the phone. Over all I am happy with the service and will continue to be a loyal customer. Suggestion for the future, bring land line service to Marathon area, I would rather keep all my business with you rather than finding another provider. 🙂

Roommates go through them and its the worst internet ive ever experienced and I remember dial up. Always having wifi issues, wifi is never stable. Cant code with my friends because this internet service is too unreliable. Not to mention ive had 3 different hackers enter the router and steal vitial info because i cant get into it and set up a mac filter or any security features. I rely on my phone from Verizon to get my important stuff done. Would never recommend this people gor anything even the elderly id reccomend not

My internet stops working at least once a month, usually two or three times a month. Conveniently, it always stops working while their tech line is closed. I shopped around a little before I chose them and they are very slightly overpriced. Their customer service is either fair-good or awful. I'm tired of paying so much money only to be forced to use my phone for everything.
