Horrible company,
This company turned on my service without me telling them to turn it on, I didn't even know if had there service until I received a bill of three months overdue.
I had at&t internet during this time, that is crazy business, shady practices.
Don't trust them with your business.
slow very slow internet. I'm disabled and only get disability payments once a month, I'm a college student and they turn off my services when a bill is barely paid late. I think this company is Horrible to it's clients.
If you're bill is two weeks late, they turn your service off my internet has been turned off 3 times in two months.
My bill was received on the day before it's due, and the threatening letter of turn off was in my mailbox three days after the first bill was in my mailbox.
I'll be canceling this service very soon.

Absolutely joke of an internet company. My boyfriend fixes our internet more than the techs on the phone can. Have to use our Hotspot at least every other day or every couple. If I could give half a start I would.

I've been having speed issues since day one. So I upgraded to the 60 dollar plan. No change. Now starting last night, I lost all wifi. An throughout the day my girlfriend called the trouble shooting number an said they were habin technical difficulties an would called back when they have it figured out. So when I get home from work at 5 pm the Wi-Fi STILL ISN'T WORKING! So I call them, yeah sure dude was nice but still was no help even had me reset my router even after I told him I already did that before I called. Then all the sudden he just finds out that there's been a problem all day an that multiple people have called about it. Hard to believe it's taken ALL DAY to find the problem. Now here I sit after hard days work, forced into watching a DVD that I've seen 100 times because my entertainment is based on this garbage wifi.

Excellent customer service. I always know that if an issue arises I will get to talk to a REAL person without waiting on hold or getting the “run around” for hours. If the issue can’t be fixed over the phone, I know a technician will be here in a timely manner to fix the problem. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful service in such a small community.

Our cabin had camera and internet issues that were created over the winter. The staff at TCA was onsite same day as I called and Randy was able to correct all the issues. He had us back up and running by days end! Responsive service - Thank you!

I love video games as much as the next guy, but playing on 400 ping makes me want to cry cry and cry. Maybe I should just move across the country to get better internet, or perhaps buy a $700 router. I could move to the Middle East and probably get lower ping to be honest. A trip to Europe doesn't sound too terrible either. Maybe I could meet a guy handing me a sausage roll and see if he could get me better internet.
