A big thank you to Todd and Shannon of Vander Werff and Associates for the phenomenal job they did on the sale of our acreage. The amount of time they spent getting the word out to potential buyers exceeded our expectations as evidenced by the large turnout at the open house. Not only was the advertising top notch, from Shannon’s ability to capture the perfect photo for the sale bill to the large auction sign posted at the acreage, so too was the additional exposure on social media maximizing the visibility of the upcoming auction and open house. Vander Werff did a wonderful job with our farm auction. I was very pleased with every aspect of the process. They advertised it very well. They designed flyers, posted signs around the areas for sale, and even created a video from drone video footage, which was wonderful. Their staff was polite and professional to work with. Thanks so much to Vander Werff & Associates for the fantastic job they did in the auction and sale of our family's farmland. It is hard to know if you've made the right decision to hire an auctioneer to sell your mother's estate farm ground. Especially when you live 260 miles away. I dealt with Todd only over the phone and email and did not meet him until 30 minutes before the auction took place.
