There are 3 male employees here. You want to ask for the young one with the long hair or you'll be stuck with the other two for hours before they call the young one in anyway. Young guy is great. One of the other two is very impolite. The third one makes it clear he would rather be anywhere else. The woman who answers the phones is nice.

I see another review complaining that it is expensive internet. 8 years ago I would've agreed with them. However now they've upgraded their lines to fiber, increased speeds and is a very solid internet with NO DATA CAPS.

They've also done a bunch of upgrades over the past few years and increased their speed tremendously. We have had their internet for over ten years and (besides power outages) have only had interruptions twice. Just twice.

The office workers are amazing and helpful. Always answering questions and helping people save money. My only complaint. If you accidently misplace or forget to pay your bill there is not warning they will shut it off the day after it's due.
