Got a g deal on my 2012 f250 when I bought it new. I've had all maintenance done by them. Polite, courteous and fast service. Highly recommend. Dealer recently changed ownership and are now New Way Ford Pocahontas. Travis sold me my 2022 Ford f-150 lightning, and was an excellent salesman and great to work with. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a different pickup. I saw a 2021 Ranger on there lot. (Web search) I called and talked with Travis. Sent a couple of pictures of my Trade in. They made a trade offer with out seeing my truck. It was good enough to make me interested.
I drove down to discuss a deal. (100 miles).
I have purchased lot of vehicles in my life and this was the best experience I have ever had.
Knowledge of of the market, Personality, Friendly NO pressure deal.
This is not the Normal Used Car Salesman.
New Way Ford Pocahontas is way above the 5 star rating.
It is nice to have an experience that really values the customer.

We had found a vehicle we were very interested when searching online. We were excited to find out it wasn't too far from our home town! I reached out to the business through their texting option and got a response within an hour! Rick was very helpful and got right to work on figuring out a trade in value and answering any questions we had! He was unable to meet us the day we went to view the car but he had everything set up with the other salesman so when we walked in the front door we were greeted immediately and taken out to the car they already had pulled up. Travis was very helpful with answering questions and did not oressure us in any way. Things moved quickly once we made a decision and the vehicle was in top shape when we left the lot with it! I drive a 2007 For Mustang and for the past 6 months I've brought the car to several other repair shops who couldn't find the problem. They found the problem and ordered the part. Had my car repaired the same day they received the part and now I am finally a happy camper 😁
Thank you guys at New Way Ford. Also I want to mention Julie was very polite and it was a pleasure doing business with them. If there's ever anymore problems with my Mustang I know where I will be bringing it.

Fantastic service and price. This dealership beat the pants off of any other dealership I've ever dealt with. Being new to Iowa, I rely on referrals from friends and neighbors and I now understand why everyone says New Way Ford of Pocahontas...they truly can't be beat.
