Since the Midland times transferred all of the subscribers to the Anamosa Eureka I began getting this paper to fulfill the subscription term. When the term expired I paid for a renewal to the Anamosa paper & told them I that I would need to have the paper sent to another state later on. They told me that was fine. When the time came I called with the out of state address and asked they change their records so I could continue to get the paper. The never sent the paper to the out of state address. Since I wasn't getting the paper I called and cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund for the part of the subscription contract they failed to fulfill. The replied by saying they do not give rebates. I do not consider this a rebate but a refund for services paid for but not fulfilled. I intend to followup and am disappointed because I had the opinion that folks/business etc in Iowa were more honorable than this.
