Smart Start of Mecklenburg County recently teamed up with Yellow Duck Marketing for a comprehensive brand analysis and marketing assessment study. From the very beginning, I was so impressed with the level of engagement from the Yellow Duck team; this wasn’t just another job for them – all members of their team really dove in to understand our organization and brand, the demographics and subject matter we work with, the workload and capabilities of our team, and even engaged with key stakeholders.
