The Cauliflower (Gobhi) fries are a must try!

I really liked the food at Curry Kona. There are not many places in the bay area that have good Kathi rolls, but this place is definitely one of them. I think their take on the roll as a fast food Subway style item is a great idea. Their manager combo with 2 rolls for $10 is a great deal. They have a long list of toppings to choose from; i tried the schezwan paneer and paneer tikka. Will definitely stop by again next time i’m driving through Pleasanton.

Most of the food here is quite good. It's fusion of Indian flavors & ingredients with American/Mexican style preparation.

The Kathi rolls are the best way to try out their food. Burritos are also very good - just a little rice, and a good amount of fillings.

Rice bowls were allright.

The Gobi fries were not good - they had an oily taste that wasn't appetizing.

We ordered chicken Tikka and panner 65. These is no match with Chicago Pizza place, not even close.

Pizza is not freshly made, it is so dry. We can figure by just taste itself. It's just woven heated. Pizza taste is bland, no curry taste at all. Panner and chicken is so colored and it's not marinated version, just a colored version of Himalayan chilli powder since the curry used on the Pizza has no taste at all. And definitely not fresh meat used, its smelling while eating.. Google reviews seems scammed and don't trust by the reviews and order online. When I told this reviews in person to staff, staff reacted such a way that they knew it already...

We ordered some Kathi rolls for our son’s birthday party last week and were very satisfied with the service. It was very easy to order. The owner helped us with the order and recommendations. Also accommodated last minutes changes. Our guests loved the food! Will definitely be back for more! Thank you!

We decided to try this place while here in the area for a while. I'm not familiar with Indian food in general apart from really basic things like chicken tandoori and samosas so I decided to try this place out with my family. I got the chicken tandoori rice bowl in mild. Sadly, it was still way too spicy for me so I wasn't able to eat much of it but it tasted good and was prepared nicely and was a decent portion size. My husband had the szechuan chicken rice bowl which he enjoyed but even as a spicy food lover, his was still pretty hot for him. My son had the chicken tandoori burger which he ate about half of and of course he finished the fries that came with it. The cocktail samosas were amazing, I had the majority of them lol. The last thing we had was the masala fries, which again, were good but a little too spicy for me. I think if we tried this place again, I would have to go there and ask questions about the food instead of ordering online for pickup.

This place is soooo good! Masala fries are a must and the managers special on Kathi Rolls is my go to! Definitely try this place! All of the various sauces are great especially the tamarind and the chutney as well as the orange and green sauces.

This is my third visit this week.
