I’ve been reaching out for resolution on my daughter’s school photos from 10/24. I paid for two packages, I only received one of my daughter’s photos. I’ve sent countless emails following up on the issue because I’d really like my daughter’s photos. I was emailed on 11/19 saying my daughter’s photo package has been reordered and Id be contacted when they’re ready to pick up. I’ve been completely ignored since then and for some reason blocked on Facebook. Regardless, I just spent additional money to repurchase a package for her because again, I want the photo.

Never had an issue! My son didn't turn in his order form last school year (23/24) and a few months later I called to see if I could still order and they had no issues getting that for me!
This school year things changed on how we see an order school pictures but I had no issues with the changes, in fact I love them! I was able to go online and see the photo and place the order immediately, no waiting to see if he actually turned in the form LOL. They came in super fast too and in the mail, no worries about them being folded up in a backpack!

They did my daughter's school photos this year, and I was not impressed. The picture of my daughter was very unflattering. The picture looks like it was taken at an odd angle, and the backdrop was dark and depressing.

Prices are about average from what I've gotten before, but the product was not worth the price so I will be getting photos from another studio.

It would be beneficial if they took the photos at the child's level, gave the children better directions on how to pose for a more flattering picture, and having some options for the background would really help increase the quality of the pictures.

I am very disappointed with this company this year for school pictures. Last year I bought a picture package for each of my kids that is no longer offered. I can piece together the same package by ordering one package and adding individual prints for about the same initial cost as last years package so no big problem there. However, the company decided this year that we had to order online and pay the $6.95 shipping. I would have thought they could have worked to come up with a better shipping solution (The pictures could have all been delivered to the school as in previous years and the studio could have figured out a shipping price that would have been lower for the parents). Also, last year the tax was in the package price and we are now paying that as well. So the same package I got for one kid last year has now gone up almost 28% in price. Previously, the packages included a yearbook as well. This year there are no yearbooks included, which makes the price increase even worse when you realize you are not getting the yearbook either.

School photos were absolutely AWFUL! I would have gotten an image, but package pricing is absolutely outrageous, with no options for people who don't need 50 prints and when I emailed, I got NO response. One child looked plastic in her photo and the other had her hair SO messy, there's no way someone wouldn't have noticed. I am extremely dissatisfied with not only the quality but the absolute lack of communication because of constructive criticism and request for less prints. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible experience for parents.
1) forcing us to upload a picture of our child so that AI can use facial recognition to identify which child is ours (training AI)
2) charging exorbitant costs for shipping and handling *per child* - EVEN if you pick up the pictures at their place of business. Their excuse is that it comes from a lab but you can't convince me that they are being charged that much for each individual envelope
3) digital copies should be free with a package or have the ability to purchase digital alone and avoid shipping costs

I paid $86 on Sept 7 for my children’s school pictures. They were never sent to me. I sent numerous emails that went unanswered. Last week I called and spoke with Tina, who blamed it on the “printing company?!?!” She said she would look into it and I haven’t heard back and still have not received the pictures. It’s now been almost 2 months since I paid them.

I called to try to get my son's senior picture done and was told in order to do so I need to buy a package for $200 but I already had his pictures done. She got extremely rude with me and I even offered to pay them to do his picture for the yearbook but not $200. It resulted in her hanging up on me. So now not sure if my son will be in his senior yearbook.
