I am posting a one star review for the Greenville Pa Goodwill. They still have not reopened the dressing rooms. The Returns policy is not enough motivation to shop and purchase clothing items. It takes time to sort through the clothing. Few patrons desire to search for substitute merchandise for ill fitting merchandise they have had to return because there was no place to try on their original clothing purchases. Please open the fitting rooms.

Okay, so let me just start out by saying that I love thrifting. I love supporting Goodwill and other donation centers… HOWEVER. I honestly cannot even fathom the utter filth that I witnessed today at this particular Goodwill.
I don’t know what the workers are doing… but I can tell you what they’re not doing. They’re not cleaning any of the items off before putting them on the shelves. They’re not sweeping or cleaning the carpet…. And they are most certainly not wiping off shelves. Basically cancel off cleaning anything at all. I feel like I need to wear gloves to browse in this establishment and I honestly felt very dirty leaving. Just despicable and disgusting.
Do better Goodwill.

Have donated tons of clothes and good furniture over the years to good will. Just now asked to leave Greenville store because I had a leashed,well mannered blind golden retrieve with me who goes everywhere and has been in the store countless times. I was told it was a new no pet policy. Also some of the item prices are next to absurd. They had two horse bridles last hear that were dry rotted and ready for the trash listed for $75 each. With the no pet policy I will take my donations somewhere else or just put the items in the trash. Daryl lang, Hadley pa

I hadn’t been in one of these places in years and it’s obvious why. So many things that should’ve just been thrown out or shoes with enough wear and tear they should be free if anything. Kitchen appliances sitting on the shelf unclean. Place had an unusual smell upon entering. I get that people think they’re doing the right thing when it comes to donations, but some of your stuff truly belongs in the trash.

I prefer when there are signs for all types of items, or a price on it. They dont have prices for everything posted. Other than that great store, friendly/helpful employees.

This pop up was amazing today. I’m from Pittsburgh and stopped in just to look around! I’ll tell you the best employees in a store ever! Loved the experience and the help they gave me!!! I will be back!

Just came here to ask if anyone knows what the person pricing all of the items in the store is smoking.

Oh - and if you happen to find something that you like that was accidentally priced reasonably, bring your own bag/box.
They no longer supply any bags or boxes for you to carry your purchases out of the store.

This was a rare experience. I had seen a popcorn bucket that was behind the counter and since we can't hold those items as we walk around I had asked the man to hold it at the register for me, and he agreeded that he would set it up there for me. When I finished my shopping I went to the register to check out and told the cashier that the bucket was mine. He then proceeded to tell me he sold it just 2 minutes ago to someone else. He also stated that his manager said I had left the store, but I never did. When I questioned the manager he was not appologetic and said " accidents happen" it sucks because he didn't even to bother to look if I was still in the store and I was really excited for the bucket because it was star wars bucket and I am a collecter and huge fan.
