I cannot say enough good things about Josh + Jeanette. Not only are they amazing photographers but they do everything else as well. Josh + Jeanette made sure we were always running on time for everything and that's a tough task with a couple like us. They acted more like personal assistants while at the same time capturing all the moments of our special day. We felt an immediate connection to our photographers and it felt like talking to old friends which meant there were no awkward moments you normally get from meeting new people. They walked us through everything from the moment we hired them and continued to plan with us as our special day got closer. One of my favorite things about Josh + Jeanette is how kind and caring they are. My little sister ended up popping her knee out of place and they reacted immediately by comforting her and helping take care of the situation as much as they could before the ambulance came. They forsure went above and beyond their contract and I am forever grateful to have them be apart of our big day. Thank you!

Josh and Jeanette are absolutely true professionals! They work super hard and tirelessly to get the best pictures possible! They did my daughter and her husbands engagement pictures and traveled almost 2 hrs to our camp in the Mts to get the perfect back drops for pics.They then followed them to Colorado for their wedding and shot them at several locations. They spent the entire day with them and never grew tired of catching tons if precious memories! Jeanette helped with dress, makeup and planning issues....just like family! A week later we came back to PA and had a reception. Once again, Jeanette and Josh were there to capture the celebration. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, hard working couple and are truly blessed that they were the ones that captured our daughter and her husbands special moments!

My little sister chose Jeanette for her senior pictures. She did not receive her graduation announcements AT ALL. Therefore was not able to send any out to friends and family. She also was very inconsiderate and stood us up when we made an appointment to pick up one of the few portraits we did receive. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Terribly over-priced as well considering we only got a portion of the package we ordered.

I've debated writing this review for a while, because I do believe that Josh and Jeanette are good people. However, I feel our experience should be shared.

We booked them to shoot our wedding in October 2018 and even picked the exact date based on when they were available because they shot my friends wedding and were WONDERFUL.

The day of our event was good. It rained all day, but obviously that is not their fault and they managed to get decent photos regardless.

We finally got our photos and in December 2019 I realized that we never got the USB we were supposed to, so I reached out. No response. Having anxiety, I didn't have the guts to reach out again until September 2020. Again, no response. My message was finally returned in February 2021 and a USB was sent. I received the package March 8, 2021 with a note apologizing for the delay. Unfortunately, it was damaged by the post office and there was no USB in it. I reached out immediately, said I realized it was not their fault, and offered to pay for the replacement. They said they'd get one ordered. I reached out in April 2021 and asked if they wanted me to pay for the replacement, they said no and that they were just waiting on it to come.

I have since reached out 5 different times, all seen considering the messages are on Facebook so I can see when they are opened and read. No response to any of them... Here we are almost 3 1/2 years later and the terms of our contract have not been fulfilled.

I feel like I have had to check in for updates through the entire process and am just getting ignored by them. I was/am very disappointed in my experience with Josh and Jeanette.

Jeanette Rowley is one of the BEST photographers in the area.... or the world in my opinion 😉 She is the most energetic, caring, funny, loving and all around amazing person! I highly recommend her!
