Originally contacted this company on Thumbtak app and spoke to a gentleman who told me he was owner of company. He was great to talk to and I really felt that this was the company I wanted to go with. A few weeks passed and I texted the number I was given from this company and told them I had a few more questions before I fully committed to use them. The person who replied was professional and said they would answer any questions i had and asked if they could call right now but when I replied if we could talk talk the following day due to something I had to take care of that day they responded

That is a terrible way to reply to someone when they are going through something personal and can't answer your call when you want.
The fact they responded won't be a good fit makes no sense since my business is male clothing which has a massive market and when I originally talked to the person on phone he explained how good of a market my business has.
