Waited almost 2 years for a specific location, and my so-called customer service representative Lindy had no clue that a coworker of mine was able to rent the space that I've been waiting for. When I spoke to Lindy in customer service, she acted like it was no big deal and that she just simply made a mistake though this company tells you that they keep waiting lists and will advise when a location becomes available. I became very upset with her excuse and she got snarky and asked me if I wanted to cancel my account instead of offering to fix the problem that she caused. What a cop out and a horrible customer service representative. People like that shouldn't work for companies that involve working with the public. Asked to speak to her manager, and I got thrown to a voicemail.

Kegerreis Outdoor has been a wonderful partner to Hamilton Health Center and all of our programs. Both the digital and standard boards are in locations that suit our business needs. Staff are very collaborative and helpful in putting together long term solutions to our advertising needs, and sometimes at the very last minute when we have to spend down grant money. We especially appreciate the in-kind donations which help our smaller programs without advertising dollars in the budget. We know it works because clients say they see the boards and because staff get delighted when they drive by them and notice our logo and artwork.
