Grateful that this shop is close to my town. The folks that work here and run this shop have done our family so much good. We've had Lyme Disease, yeast problems and high cholesterol. They have been extremely helpful and considerate! Don't hesitate to do business with them. You will be healthier as a result.

I highly recommend this place. Stop by & talk to Tammy & the girl's , they are so help in helping you with all your needs for healthier living. Nowadays we need to be more concerned about what we are getting because there are a lot of supplements that aren't very good. So stop by and find out what good supplements are and how they can help you achieve your goals.

Same story as some of the others. Owner is extremely nasty. Parked and went into store and then was going to go to pure and simple cafe and owner screamed at my 8yo daughter and myself. Nasty people. Look forward to seeing them go out of business.

When your read to try hometown shops over box stores and you want to try new things . Stop in and check out this little shop . Great food great service . Off street parking is availability around the corner . Go and try this place out if you want to try new things I enjoyed it for daily cooking .

They are very knowledgeable about alternative medicine but recognize that it should be adjunct to standard medicine, not a replacement. If they don't have what you need, they can order it for you rather quickly.
