Posted hours are 9-4, however your going to want to call before you go to ensure they are actually open as on multiple occasions I've tried to go during their operating hours only to find they closed for the day with no reason given.

I did call that number at 915 this morning standing in front of an "Open" chamber of commerce with a locked door. No answer.
So when are you open if not during your posted hours?
