Living in LA, we love exploring Little Tokyo’s food scene. On a Monday night, this was one of the only sushi spots still open, so we decided to give it a try.

While the menu had a variety of options, we felt the sushi could have been fresher, and some rolls were a bit heavy on the cream cheese for our taste. The service was okay, though we didn’t feel particularly welcomed. On the bright side, we really enjoyed the cucumber salad and udon.

At over $90 for two people (including sake), we feel there are other places in Little Tokyo that might offer a better experience for the price. It wasn’t quite what we were hoping for, but it could still be a good option for those who enjoy AYCE sushi with a variety of choices.

This place is increadablly good.
Our server Henry came to our table multiple times and the food is the best you can get in little tokyo.

For the price ($40) the all you can eat is worth it. This is definitely a spot to visit if you ever come to little Tokyo.

Honestly one of the best sushi spots I've been too in a long time. You can't beat the prices anywhere else in Little Tokyo than here. The Oysters are so big and flavorful and their variety in sushi is amazing. They also have an all you can eat option that's good in price if you have a big appetite. I honestly recommend you come to this place with your friends and family if you want a good price and great service. Henry and the servers always treat us right and make us feel at home. You won't regret it.

This was hands down one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had. We came for lunch expecting a solid AYCE experience, but everything from the food to the service was a letdown. They offer two options—$54.99 for what they claim is "premium" fish and $44.99, which includes BBQ but not the premium selection. You’d think that for $54.99, you’d get both premium fish AND BBQ, but nope—BBQ isn’t even included! That makes absolutely no sense. To make it worse, the so-called "premium" fish wasn’t even fresh.

But the worst part? The service was downright awful. They automatically slap a 15% service charge on the bill, yet the service was nonexistent. Once we were seated and filled out our order form, no one ever came to check on us. The place wasn’t even busy, yet I had to literally wave down a server multiple times, and they blatantly ignored me. It was like they were masters of selective hearing and selective serving. I even tried saying “excuse me,” only to have them walk right past us like we didn’t exist.

Why am I paying a 15% service charge when I got ZERO service? No one cared to check on us, refill drinks, or even acknowledge we were there—until the very end, when we were already done eating. By then, what’s the point? This place is an absolute joke. Between the overpriced, not-so-fresh food and the horrendous service, I wouldn’t come back if they paid me. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

AYCE Sushi, appetizers and BBQ for $34, FREE one hour parking with validation and great service! I'm HAPPY!

My mom and I tried this spot after seeing it on social media and I'm pleased to say that the food is GOOD. We tried a wide variety of sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi and they all taste fresh and delicious and plated and presented beautifully. We also tried hot foods like BBQ chicken, shrimp, veggie gyoza, takoyaki and cheese corn and they were all good. No complaints!

Service was good. Our server was patient with me as I asked a bunch of questions. Also, the atmosphere is casual yet comfortable and it's clean.

Highly recommend this place to fulfill your sushi cravings.

This place is pretty expensive before the unmentioned, hidden service fee $13.95. The two different sushi rolls I ordered were the same things, different color. I could have gotten the same quality sushi from Ralph's. I didn't even order a drink. We should have gone to a real fancy restaurant for this price.
I don't recommend this place when there are so many to choose from.

They have all you can eat and regular menu where all rolls and appetizers are "50%" off, which is still cheaper than other places but not quite half off. The water they offer is gross tap water. Someone in the party ordered blue lemonade, which was actually sprite with blue dye.... We got 3 rolls Little Tokyo roll which was decent, but the seaweed they used to wrap the roll is really chewy and hard to bite off. The lemon tuna roll was really good! The lemon slice on the roll gives it great flavor. The golden salmon roll was huge in size and has great flavor. It takes a while to come out, which is odd considering not much of the roll was actually fried. Another person got the sweet chili chicken in the bento box, and it was so good with great flavor. Overall, the food is decent, and we're seated right away on a Friday night. Be warned bigger tables are pushed together and move easily! My husband got pinched when I leaned on the table. Staff is also not rude but not very friendly either.

Sushi was cold and bland. Our miso soup never arrived and the quality sushi we ordered first came last and did not finish it and we paid extra for the leftovers. The rolls needs to be avoided, not one was good. We did the ayce but ended up paying $80 per person. Will not come back.
