This place scams people. They sell me a camera battery you can buy on amazon, 2 battery + charger for 26$. They sold me at 49$ just for a single battery, and it does not work with my camera. I wanted to return, they said no. It is simply required by law that you must Explicitly inform the customer if return is not allowed before they buy. Instead, they took the battery back, exchange it with a uv filter that priced at 6.95 on amazon. So here I am, spent 53$, got an useless uv filter. btw, the price label they put on that filter says 126.95, that’s their regular price for that 6.95 uv filter.

Don’t deserved a single star and should be shutdown.
For the reviews I’ve seen they’ve been scamming people for a decade. And still on business. As they seem to keep changing the store’s facade, now shows as UNION SQUARE souvenirs & luggage.
I was scammed, partially for being too trusting, as I just needed a SIM card for my short stay in US, when I realised I was
charged $100, they refused to refund because the SIM was activated and gave the lame excuses of taxations/fees involved not providing a breakdown of the service only the card payment receipt.
This place knows that tourists won’t miss their vacation by reporting them to the authorities.

I purchased two Lyca Mobile phone cards on 2 separate occasions from there and that went well enough. But foolish old me purchased 2 adaptor plugs (UK to US) from them without first enquiring price and realized that they charge $25 for one! When I said I no longer want them they just said they have no return policy. This place will scam anyone! Be very careful!

Everyone who has complained about this place is 100% correct. Went in to get a replacement camera and was talked into buying a filter. They "knocked" the price of the filter down to 250$ . Should have checked on Google first -- found out back at the hotel they are available on Amazon for 40$!!!!!
So if you have to buy from here get the price then check online before you commit.

I do not have a google account but I created one just to give these dirtbags a review. I wish I could give this place 0 stars because that's what they deserve. I bought a Sony 32gb SD card for my camera at $76.00 and later found out it was only worth $18. They will not tell you about their no money back or no price matching policy when selling you an item 4x its retail price. If you value you're money do not buy anything from them, they will rip you off big time! Literally every single item in this store is very over priced.

Fraud! Don’t buy anything! We wanted to buy a Lycamobile SIM card with the unlimited plan for $39. They charged me $54 because apparently they forgot to tell me about an activation and taxes etc. They didn’t provide me with a proper receipt. When I asked for one, they wrote an “invoice”, but they just wrote down the end price and didn’t show the cost split. Anyway, it turns out - after logging into my Lycamobile account - that I have the $29 plan with 5GB data, not the $39 with 15GB unlimited. I reached out to my lawyer and my credit card institute. I think unprofessional sales people like that should be stopped from doing business with others.

This store is the terrible. When I went to buy battery, I was robbed of my camera and to sold fake filter at a very expensive. I turned it down, the battery was bought for more than 10 times the price by credit card. (Because he said ''VISA ONLY!'')I went to the store again to request cancellation, I was refused and to sold the same fake filter again. This store is a scam. Why don't such a shop business stop? Is this a matter of fact in America? Even though we were enjoying the trip, it was only a disappointing. Never go.

I got my money refunded! After calling the police. They tried to sell a Lightning to Aux 3.5mm adaptor to me initially for $49.99. I said that was surprisingly expensive, and they dropped the price to $35 (little did I know that it was $9 in the Apple Store). Upon purchasing the product, I went home and tried it. It didn't work. Something was up. The packaging was convincingly Apple and it even came with an Apple certificate, but the dimensions of the adapter were off by a centimeter or so. I brought the product back and told them on camera that it was fake and they should give me a refund. They told me they didn't give refunds, even if it was a counterfeit Apple product. I called the police. Once I hung up, they gave me a refund instantly. NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO HERE.
