Stopped in for the first time for a late lunch while visiting the area on Black Friday. The entire area was crowded for the holiday, but were able to be seated right away. Service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. My only complaint was the music was a little loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. And it was kind of 70s rock; not really enjoyable dinner music. We weren’t in the bar, so it could have been toned down a bit. But overall it was an enjoyable meal, and one of the best burgers I’ve had. My friend got the fish and chips and loved it. And kudos to having Coke and not Pepsi😁

After visiting the New Hope Railroad we ran across the street to Triumph Brewery which was packed. Quickly putting in an online reservation we were seated quickly outside away from the loud Friday night indoor bustle.

There was a German Style Menu which was delicious. Portions are small/average but the food was really delicious. Beers were good and there'm was an extensive cocktail menu and a few ciders.

Service was quick. I would go back again.

Stopped by for a few beers and some food after a funeral. Somber tone to start, but we are all happy by the end! Had a few beers sampling some of their in house craft beers, and everything was great.
They have a pretty nice selection of cocktails. I had been there previously and have noticed it’s far better than the current Princeton location.
The German theme is amazing to my family. Food was good, service was a bit slow, but not inattentive.
Would definitely come back, again, as the prices are not bad. Not gonna be the best location in new hope, but it seems to always be a good place to grab a few bites beers and conversation!

Came here not once but twice over the weekend. Tyler was our bartender and he made our time there very enjoyable. Very awesome guy 👍

What a great place to stop by for lunch! We sat outside and had a great view of the train station, and just so happened to watch the train pull in while we were eating! The selections, sizes and prices on the beers were amazing $3/$5/$7 as was the food. We started off with the tuna tostadas (which were very delicious!) and had the steak sandwich and bacon cheddar burger (both exceeded our expectations). We loved the food, the drinks and the atmosphere! Would love to come here again when we are back in town. Highly recommended!

I hosted a party at Triumph Brewing Company on January 11, 2025, to celebrate my parents' 50th birthday. I was excited to create a memorable evening for them and our 35 guests, but the experience fell far short of expectations due to significant issues with the service.

The main issue arose with the handling of leftover food. Without notifying us, the staff set out boxes for packing up the food and then disposed of everything after an hour. With so many guests and the natural responsibilities of hosting, my family and I had no idea this was happening until it was too late. Not only did this waste perfectly good food, but it was also deeply frustrating since we had paid for it in full.

For an event of this size and importance, I expected a higher level of professionalism. Instead, we were left feeling unsupported, which added unnecessary stress to what should have been a joyful occasion.

While I’ve appreciated Triumph in the past, this experience has left me deeply disappointed. When hosting an event, clear communication and attentiveness from staff are essential, and unfortunately, both were lacking here.

Excellent location right near the scenic railway. Superior pub kind of food. Limited selection of brews on the milder side of taste. Extremely friendly and attentive staff a major plus. My recent visit showed the same findings. It was new to note that they have live music Friday nights and Sunday afternoons. Always a plus.
