I am astounded by the vast selection and the excellent prices Black Swan Antiquities has to offer! Every employee was so kind and even gave my sister and I collecting tips! I've been to many antique shops in the general area, and this was by far the greatest experience! Even the layout makes it easier to navigate through and truly take in the quality and selection. Highly recommend stopping by and seeing what unique items you can find!

I chauffeured the gang up to visit Black swan antiquities and was happy to see it was a very nice place. Plenty of Elbow room. Lots of variety. Make sure you say hi to Christine. You will see her about 20 times as she is very active and will become a good friend

This place is amazing. I spent hours going through the different aisle. I wanted to buy so much. You really can’t beat the prices on the antiques. They even have a super hero booth Star Wars, Spider-Man, you name it they have it. The owner and staff were super friendly. I can’t wait to go back!

Awful customer service!!! Extremely rude associates!!

Edit- I don’t believe there’s anything so awful that a 2 year old could possibly do, which by the way all she did was a drop a wicker basket on the ground that I had full intention of buying, that could possibly invoke an elderly employee to step at and get the face of a 9 month pregnant woman. If you don’t want children in your store, you should have a sign posted that children are not welcome. We visited several other thrift stores and antique stores that same day that were all very accommodating, welcoming and kind to our whole family. Yours, however, was a disgrace.

Horrible experience here. Got legitimately verbally attacked by an employee named Christine because my one year old daughter accidentally placed a tiny 4x4 in. sized basket on the floor and it went unnoticed by our family. She yelled at me and my mother, and went around the store complaining about us to unbeknownst customers. Aside from the verbal confrontation, she also stepped toward me to initiate a physical confrontation and got in might face as well, which was incredibly inappropriate as I am nine months pregnant. All in all, this is not a family friendly store in the slightest bit and the staff are incredibly unfriendly and downright disrespectful. Safe to say my family and I will never be back.

A Palmyra hidden gem. They have a great array of treasures and a very large showroom. I always find a treasure that I can't live without. Definitely a must see when you are in the area.

Absolutely amazing store, I’ve been going there since I was about 17 years old I’m 20 now and every time they’ve been always great! Lots of neat stuff, people who work there are very nice and friendly, highly recommend stopping if you’re near Hershey!
