1. People and pharmacist Very knowledgeable and very friendly employees they get a 5 out of 5.
2. Selection 3 to 4 out of 5 difficult to consistently purchase same product while the substitutes are generally acceptable. I would like to go in as a care giver and continue to buy the exact same thing that works.
3. Pre-order by phone. This gets a 0 out of 5. It is like this company looks for ways to provide bad phone service. You call a switchboard that directs you to Florida.!!!!? *!?$&@ I really don’t care where people are located if they are efficient and knowledgeable, however 9 out of 10 Florida calls SUCK. They cannot tell you with any accuracy what is in stock and you have to wait for a long time on hold to place an order.
** this is the opposite of customer service. It is actually more like customer dis-service.
4. Drive through Policy 0 out of 5, I am the caregiver for an 87-year-old and the policy is you must call before going to the drive-through even if there is no one in line. See number 3. The absolute horrible phone service makes it nearly impossible to order ahead and utilize the drive-through because they don’t know what the heck is an inventory.
Why makes someone get out of the car and walk in if there is no one in the drive-through line. After all, is it not for convenience.
The people inside are the only saving grace of this establishment because they are so wonderful. Seriously suggest corporate look real hard at the service they provide and revamp their processes to be more customer centric.
***This review is not based on a single incident - phone/switchboard service is consistently horrible. Maybe 1 out of 5 times was I successful. To the point where I gave up and now simply drive there and play the odds.

I am 71 yrs. old and finally after years gave into Medical Marijuana for my horrendous pain for many years. Opioids was never anything I would choose.
This has changed my life extremely. Thank God , my friends and you. Your employees are professional and listen to your needs. They are so kind and patient. Love this place. 5 min away too

Be careful if you pay with a debt card. They will keep the $3 fee and not give it to you. It becomes there "tip".

So I came in early this morning with my daughter, and I’m used to it being totally chaotic (toddler) and it was probably the most smooth transaction in any store I’ve had since she was born. I wish I was better with names, but I’m not, but this man in this picture was the biggest sweetheart ever! totally awesome with children while the other staff were completely knowledgeable and helped me figure out why I like the strain that I do. This is a beautiful place to shop 🥰

My first time here, I am a new card holder and know nothing. They explained what I needed to know, showed several options, explained some more. Went over prices and discounts.
Made me feel comfortable.
They have a drive thru, which is helpful.
Only thing, out of their control, no credit cards accepted.

It was my first time going here, and I definitely loved the customer care. Travis was my sales guy and he was very kind and friendly also very informative. Customer care is key. Definitely will be returning!

I look on here all the time trying to give this place a chance but i have yet to step foot in here and I live so close I could walk to it. To start the prices are astronomical, they never have much of a variety, and the THC content in their products is never more than mediocre. You can get way better right down the road at a couple different places such as Sunnyside and Ethos and for alot cheaper. Whoever the people are that shop here and give this place good ratings need to shop around a little more because you're not getting good deals or product. I hope this place closes down and a better one takes its spot. What a waste of something that could be great and convenient.

Kayla is super awesome! She is really knowledgeable and helps me get the best of what I need. She’s a really cool soul and easy to vibe with. The whole staff is amazing too!
