Had few projects done, most of them had an issue or made me come back multiple times for their mistakes, they never compensate my time or made up for their mistakes (I never asked for anything in return) either , one time they got a sample from me and completely cut it and destroyed had to spend at least an hour until they made new ones, not to mention other errors like misspelling, wrong side signs and many more things that I always wanted to workout with them even tho they write details up and all, most likely your work will come with a defect or little mistake that will cost you time. They promise things that they won’t achieve, for example: send me the art work that I paid for the design for me to print in another state( AGREED UPON AND DONE TIMES BEFORE so I didn’t ask for something they didn’t do before) they done it before, and once I called Sandra she promised the files that we made with them clearly stating “I will send them to you as soon as I find them” and I told her that I would come in as soon as I’m back to Texas which I did and I place the order, I never received the files, so I could print on cleveland ( that’s the only reason I printed those in Houston).
, then she again mentioned policies never told before contradicting what they already promised me and what they already have done on the past, anything she just agreed to send files and because of that I was going to make 2 posters that I didn’t need but just wanted to have the files for other store state, ( otherwise I would pay for design only and wouldn’t make any posters.
then what happens is that they flipped they tell me they won’t send the file even after compromising on word,not to mention that when I went in for the 2 posters that didn’t need they stated they won’t send files.
But fun fact is when they thought that I was not gonna pick up the 2 posters because I couldn’t make it before 5:30 the day prior (Monday) then they texted me asking what were the files that I needed, I told them and off course my employee paid and pick up the posters Tuesday morning but sure enough they said to him they will send them files, just to flip again after we paid and picked up the work they refused, tried texting them multiple times they just ignore me and after promising by text word and different ways, they never comply with what they promise.
I think what you offer to people, what you promise to people goes above and beyond any business, your integrity as business and business person. Your honesty before anything else. I wish this helps someone from getting setup and lied to like us! Last funny detail to mention I called they ignored my calls my employee call Sandra, she picks up the call then I call right away and they said she was not there, even tho I can hear her on the back. This is the type of things that show 0 respect towards costumer thanks!!!!
