This was by far a GREAT experience!! We had great weather and out pilot was absolutely incredible! Liz helped pick us up wherever we were in town which was also super helpful. After much research this was the best deal with the most amount of time in the air with a landing on the mountain!! We saw some bears and mountain goats as well! If you are thinking about this tour, its a MUST!!

Our scheduled pilot got sick the day before our flight, so Liz worked hard to get us rescheduled (around our cruise schedule) with Jonathan. It was a wonderful experience for my family of four and definitely the highlight of our vacation. Thank you!

The helicopter trip was awesome, the pilots and staff were very friendly however be very careful when booking that you are actually booking the tour you are wanting.

We booked through Viator. Everything on viator showed we booked the Combo tour which is a 30 minute flight and the listing description when we booked said it as well. When we got picked up, they showed the listing which has the combo in bold but below in small print they said we actually booked the roundabout tour which is only 10 minutes.

After getting to the business location they offered us a 10% discount if we wanted to book a longer tour. We ended up booking a longer flight which cost almost an additional $200 and had to pay a credit card fee. In the end it felt like we were getting a little ripped off and was honestly frustrating. If we booked a tour through viator and the listing was wrong, I do not feel that it is my fault and I would have appreciated to know when I booked back in May. I shouldn't have to find out once I am in the van heading to the location that there was a weird booking, have to pay a credit card fee (one of which viator doesn't charge), and not get to go on the same flight tour I booked. This definitely detracted from the experience.

Once again, the staff, pilots, and helicopters were top notch and friendly. We felt safe throughout the one of a kind experience. We landed on a beach because clouds didn't allow the platform landing. Just be extra aware when booking that the listing may be incorrect or formatted in a way that may be tricky.

Great experience. We had a clear day and beautiful skies. They picked us up in a van right by the ship, and dropped us off at a different location we requested. Everyone was super friendly!

It was a little cloudy at the top of the mountain we were supposed to land, so we stopped in a remote cove, which was so beautiful!

The trip was beyond our expectations!!! Everyone was easy to work with and super friendly. Our pilot was extremely professional and pleasant. He gave us personalized attention and explain things well without being overwhelming.
The scenery was beautiful, and we had the good fortune of spotting, a humpback whale and black bears, along with a lot of mountain goats.
It is well worth the time, and we would do it again in a heartbeat!

Highly recommend that you book with Helicopter Air Alaska. We did the combo package and the pilot (sorry I forgot your name) took us to see the most breathtaking views and gave us the history of the area. We landed on a helipad on the top of one of the mountain peaks and took pictures and videos. Truly amazing and thank you for showing us around!

Such a great experience. Well worth the $'s. Our pilot was personable and friendly. He flew us around as we were looking for a ? which we didn't find but we did see magnificent waterfalls and lots of forest.
