RUN FAR AWAY: This company and its partners PUR DESIGN took advantage of an old man close to 80 who is being reviewed for memory issues similar to dementia . The victim clicked a link in his email that started this whole mess. They helped him apply for 2 credit cards so they can max them out and say it was for website set up. almost 14k! Then the coaches would curse at him when he asked questions about the website and how to use it. They even tried to extort 10k more from him to make the website "better". Once the victim's family found out what was going on, we reach out to the company leaders for help and they gave us the run around for almost 3 weeks to finally say that there was nothing they can do and they are keeping the money. Then we were threatened that if we prosecute, they will win b/c they have a signed contract and the contract states that if we prosecute and lose we would have to pay back all their attorney fees of $1200 per hour.. They also stated that they would drag the almost 80 year old man to arbitration in Washington State and we would not win and be out even more money from travel.
If you want to do business with a company that takes advantage of the elderly and retired with very fixed income. This is the company for you.

After sleeping on it, I requested a refund and they have been giving me a run around. They kept calling me and even threatened to keep my money ($5,000), although they told me I had three days to cancel. Very disappointed. We'll I'm SUPPOSED to get a full refund. They don't want to work with someone so "wishy washy". I would be careful. At least do your homework before agreeing to anything.
