I did my wedding invitations through them. Every time I called or went in, the employees were kind and friendly. During the creating and design process, there were some technical issues faced. But the owner, Troy would always go above and beyond to make sure I left happy and addressed the issues. I would recommend them to anyone. Their customer service was beyond anything I have dealt with in the past, they were incredible my whole time working with them. I am so happy with how my invitations turned out, and they made the process as least stressful for me as they could.

We received an estimate and when we decided to move forward with the job, they hiked up the price by around $200 and then were extremely rude on the phone. I run my own business and would never speak to a customer like that and always honor my estimates! We will never recommend or do business with this company again!

Recently Troy went above and beyond to get a re-print to us very quickly. They deliver our emailed order - or mail elsewhere speedily. They make our life so much easier.
