I spoke to mike several months before needing to order for 3 of my leagues. We tried to be prepared for what was ahead, it was my first time using full green screen extractions. I was told after ordering it would take 3-5 days to get images back and approved and then They would be printed and shipped. Unfortunately I had the worst experience of my life. The first league I ordered took longer than expected to get set up, then after ordering it took about 21 days to even get images back and this was calling and emailing every 2 days. Needless to say I was about 2 weeks late on this league. Brittany was helpful in trying however, I kept getting the same excuse that lab was backed up. In the meantime I had already submitted my second league and it also ended up taking almost 25 days and I missed the deadline and the season was over for some of the teams. This has cost me so much money. I will never be able to use them again. I loved the work and the prints but the service was terrible. I called and emailed almost every day and still missed the deadlines. Very disappointed.

Quality, service, packaging... A+++
DDL is by far the highest quality lab we have used, and believe me we have used many. Staff Mike, Robin, and Brittany are extremely detailed and organized. We needed a fairly large order of 160 athletes processed very quickly. Within a days time we received a tracking number. Even with the expedited service, the prints and books were beautiful! If you are looking for a full service, RELIABLE, lab that puts the customer first, DDL will meet your every need.
