The location and facilities are beautiful. They have the latest technology and equipment. Most importantly their staff, from the front desk to the technicians, is excellent! They also have weekend appointments which is very convenient. My experience today was very good. Not only was I treated with kindness and professionalism, but I observed the same for other patients while I was there.

I am glad Imaging Associates is in the valley and based on my visit today, I would give them 10 stars? if it was an option.

MRIs are not something most people look forward to, but I have to say the staff was so great and the process was so smooth that it really made my day to experience such great customer experience! The staff truly are knowledgeable, kind, and friendly! Sam one of the front desk coordinators was so easy to talk to and very personable and Julia my technician was fantastic! I highly recommend Imaging Associates in Palmer!!

My primary care physician has always recommended Imaging Associates for all my needs. The staff has always been very courteous and all my appointments right on time. I also appreciate the excellent communication from their staff via email, text and calls along with getting the results very promptly.

I have never been to an establishment medical wise...that has so much compassion! Not only the Dr that administer the injection to my hip..but the whole medical staff back in the back. The MRI tech was phenomenal with me not being able to walk but wanting to. She with kind eyes and hands insured me everything was going to be fine. I started to go into a little anxiety attack...she must of felt my issue took my hands to assure me everything would be fine. I walked in..but couldn't walk out. Today I am fine due to ALL the support of the Team . The whole Team gets an A++++++++++. Also may I add.. PAIN free!!

Lovely experience ? From receiving a thoughtful reminder letter I’m due for my mammogram, to calling to schedule, to checking in & then getting my X-rays….everyone is professional & caring. I work in customer service so I appreciate the level of service in each step…awesome work everyone! You should all be commended.

Simple check in process, I liked the reminder texts about my appointment. Staff was polite, waiting area clean with free bottled water was an extra touch. Facility was clean and staff that took my images was super polite, funny and engaging. Overall wonderful experience compared to the Anchorage office years ago

I have never had a bad experience at IA in Palmer. The front desk team is warm, kind, professional, and personable. The check-in process is easy and the waiting area is calming. My MRI tech, Scott, is a consummate professional, and very kind, helpful, and attentive to the needs of his patients. Wish I could add stars. What a great example of how medicine should be practiced!
