Not a great experience, gave 3 chances. Terrible customer service and attention to detail. Limited communication on orders, ie., response to inquiry, lead times that changed/extended, starting an order from an email inquiry instead of issuing a quote first, not following order specs ie, wrong quantity, missing additions requested on order.

Bad experience, it took them 2 months to even get started on my order! I when multiple times to ask about it, since no one would contact me about it, and every time I would go they would always lie and have an excuse to why they didn’t have it done! Do not recommend going here!!!

Mr. Olson is very attentive and very creative. I had some ideas when I went in and his imput was great. The quality of the work is excellent. I will definitely go back to the print shop and I live like 1 hour from his location but worth it. Thanks Jeff

Suffice to say I'll NEVER visit or recommend this place to anybody. They were given a simple task to do some boat lettering more than a week ago and I was told it would be ready; it's not even started. Terrible service...
