I would like to share some of my personal experience with Digital Saints.

I called Chuck in the summer of 2022. I had done some work with him while he was working with Executive Digital and was very pleased with the work some years back. I needed to update my website and get back on track with SEO and so I reached out to Chuck and got on a plan with him.

The first two months of my plan, I was traveling and unable to provide them with the information they needed to begin working. In that timeframe, I was told they had were working on Market Research for my website. After repeated request for documentation for that market research, I have yet to receive any information on that market research, even 6 months later.

Since working with Digital Saints, I have been told that there would be certain updates to my website and that all pages of my site would have updated SEO. Some edits have occurred, but not all that were agreed upon. And some SEO updates have occurred, but not at all close to every page on my site, like agreed upon.

The follow up and follow through with digital saints has unfortunately been very lacking. Currently, traffic to my site is lower than when I started with them 6 months ago.

After not seeing results, I emailed Chuck with a request to pause payments and request to discuss my concerns. I received no response. An automatic payment went through after I requested a pause and so I reached out again for reimbursement for that payment. The response was you need to give us a 30 day notice as per your contract with no mention on wanting to discuss my concerns.

At this time, I have tried to reach out to Chuck with 3 emails, and 3 text messages over the course of 30 days to discuss the reasons I do not believe they have fulfilled their end of the contract and that I find a request of a refund of the last month reasonable. I have yet to hear back from Chuck or anyone else at digital saints. I also have not had anyone reach out to me with any work planning to be done for the last month that I paid for.

I find it really unfortunate to be writing this kind of review. In truth, I hope this matter can still be resolved. When I worked with Chuck at executive digital, I felt my expectation were surpassed. I believed Chuck to be honest, and am quite frankly surprised at my experience with him and with Digital Saints.

The results these guys give are mind-blowing. It does take a few months, and although I am impatient(as they know), you see the results start to flow in gradually in escalating levels. If you are looking at SEO companies, they are not the least expensive offering you will find, however, once we started getting great results from them, we took them a bit for granted and then shifted to a lesser expensive option hoping to maintain the level they got us to, whereas the results dropped drastically.

We then reignited them and although the first few months again were slow, leads started really ramping up where in the past month we started talking today about needing a new sales guy to handle them...and not just leads, but very high-quality leads where if we just closing 1 out of 6 good ones, it pays for their monthly service and the rest is all profit.

They have an entire team of specialists who are very efficient on getting you the goals you want and they seem to work very well together.
