With all the image-obsessed people in this part of Florida, you would think there would be more healthy, fresh food options, like New York, San Franciso, LA have, but alas...no. Most of the food in town is very very unhealthy and focused on huge portions of salty and fried options. This place is amazing because the organic, fresh. local ingredients are also really good. I have been here three times and loved the entrees as well as the salads. I would encourage them to add an all raw food menu, like the raw restaurants in NYC. That might get the body obsessed people in town to try it out.

From our waiter James, to the manager Steven, who stopped by our table twice, once to check on how he could help me with my gluten-free needs, we had a great experience. Good organic, well prepared, delicious AND gluten free food in a comfortable environment with fantastic service made this experience perfect. I'll be back.

Open letter to Dig.. tried to contact them via email, but email would not go thru>>>>>Visit of 04/14
Last night was my 3rd visit to Dig. I'm a big fan! This time bringing my daughter along with my mother who is visiting from out of state. We had reservations for 6:45. Seated promptly by the pleasant hostess. We waited a while for our server (10 minutes) so we had time to decide what we wanted. Our server came and poured our water, took our order and that was the last we saw of him until I went to the hostess after dinner and requested our check after waiting for about 15 minutes with empty dishes in front of us. The runner brought us bread, and our entrees. Our water was never refilled. Our server never checked to make certain we received the correct entrees, if we needed anything or maybe we would like dessert. As mentioned I got up and went to the hostess and ask for the check. Our server came to the table.. dropped the check and said so sorry with no further explanation. Dig is a great restaurant, excellent food, easy parking, but you are in such a competative area, can you really afford to not have your staff at 100%.. even if you are understaffed for some reason, a little common courtesy requires so almost no time or effort. Communicate!

This is an unbelievable restaurant. I will go back - and back. I'm telling all my friends about it. The food - organic - is incredible. Everything was prepared perfectly. You gotta go!

I highly recommend it. I had the fish tacos and Wife had veggie lasagna. good food, good bar and beer selection and good service.
