No play area, shops are dying and the mall chases out every great independently owned shop that isnt a brand. They cant keep anyone because rent is sky high. Our mall is okay as long as you dont visit other city malls. Ours looks dead after going elsewhere. Soon it will be like the Charleston mall with 3 stores and somewhat of a food court.

Nothing for children here. Seriously, how hard would it be to bring back a play place? Changing station table falling out of the bathroom wall, all of the play machines at the far end of the mall are run down and don't/barely work. I appreciate the rental cars for kids, but that's it?

Why won't anyone shop here? Blame online sales, but I'd come around much more often if there was more to do.

What a beautiful mall. I felt like its parkersburg hidden gem. Very well lit and clean. So many stores to shop and their public restrooms are very very well maintained. Definitely will return. Super friendly and they have a ping pong table, and other activities for the kiddies.

Indoor malls are a thing of the past these days. When you do find them, the vacancy rate is usually pretty high and the variety of stores available leaves a lot to be desired. Imagine our surprise to find this hidden gem! Plenty of options and there’s even a decent food court.

Just moved to the area from a large city, so I didn't expect too much. However, this mall surprised me with the huge selection of stores, cleanliness and uniqueness of the different stores. Perfect place for shopping for any family member.

Bring back the "Good old Days" Water features, plants, bridges etc...So many memories as a teen going to the mall. Watching ducks and birds. Now, all you can do is dodge kids on battery operated animal carts, and try not to get run over by the train. Stores are fine, just work on the center. When the duck ponds and fountains left, so did the good times.

When the brick and mortar seems to be scaling back, this mall has stood the test of time. There are many stores and a nice food court.

We ate at Applebees the food tasty and hot and our waitress was very accommodating!! Go Bees!!
