We have been working with Premier Online Marketing for almost a year now. We have seen great results in both SEM and SEO! On the SEO side, we have really seen the most improvement. We are now ranking at or near the top spot in organic search for some of our most important keywords. Plus, we are now showing up near the top in the map packs! I have not seen that since I have been with our company. With that said, one of the best things about POM is that the whole staff is there to work for us as a team and not just a consultant. Their monthly reviews are super detailed compared to other firms that I have worked with in the past, and they encourage us to ask questions. There is the good, the bad, and the ugly in any industry. I get marketing calls all the time from different companies, but they often have the same pitch. However, this Monday was a unique experience with Premier Online Marketing.

After listening to the first person, I was transferred to a manager who promised to get us on the first page of Google. I am looking for a good marketing strategy and team, so I asked who the lead contender in my industry was. After he mentioned a few names, I asked how many backlinks they had and what the plan was to outrank the existing positions.

The manager defensively replied that a tech handles that part, and I requested to be transferred to speak with one of them. In a passive-aggressive tone, he mentioned that they only discuss that with their customers. I explained that I was interested and needed that information to ensure they knew what they were doing. I could feel him losing his temper, and I laughed, realizing how emotionally immature he was in managing the situation.

The conversation got a bit ugly as I laughed because I couldn't believe this was happening on a Monday morning call. He ended the conversation by hanging up. The funny part is a few hours later, the same company called me again, and I requested to be removed from their list.

I don’t think this company can be a good fit for anyone out there. I hate to leave a 1-star review because I can't leave a 0-star review.
