After being downright lied to by another outfit (used 14,000 shutter count) presented as new). I was really glad to find this place as a seller on Amazon. I read up on it, reviews here, website and Facebook. I am impressed a "mom and pop" camera shop still exists. I ordered 2 cameras (through Amazon). The first came today. I was very pleased that it was indeed new and appeared in excellent shape and had a shutter count of 1, which is the one I took. The next arrives tomorrow. I appreciate the speed and efficiency of the shipment. There was a slight dent in the box (due to FedEx), which made it to the package box, but in no way got near the camera or lens. I had two simple minor questions to ask--one pseudo technical and the other general technical. The camera arriving today lacked the serial number certificate and the lens serial number certificate. I wondered if this is just how they came or when they did in house QA they just never got put back in. If that was the case, I was going to ask them to mail them to me or at least I knew the camera kit did not come with them, perhaps the supplier doesn't put them in as a matter of policy. The other was a general technical question. I've had several D780s "freeze up" or go non responsive until the battery is popped out and put in. There is little info reliable online (even at Nikon) and one camera was sent back just because of that issue. If this is a known issue with the D780, that's fine as long as it doesn't lock up several times during a shoot. (To be clear I have not shot more than 3 images with this camera with no issue) I wanted to ask a tech this, right there at the store. Being a local store, I wanted to speak to someone who would definitely know. Not some random person on the far side of the planet. The two-star rating is simply for customer service via the phone. I was on hold 3 hours 13 minutes and 39 seconds. I got as close as number 2 to speak to a tech then was bumped back to three (?). When it went past 5, the automated voice just stopped and hold music just cycled. I gave up at that point. I am aware and take into account this being a mom and pop establishment with clearly a good record, techs have a lot more to do than field phone calls. A courtesy disconnect telling me they were closed would have been appreciated. I don't expect techs to jump on the phone and rush people off. A good tech takes all the time they need to work with a customer; troubleshooting and so forth. I know they would with me, so I don't expect a pickup straightaway. I will gladly rate up to as many as five stars should I be able to speak to someone about these simple issues. I can tell you are a reputable (40 years!) business. Thank you for your time in reading this. -John

We can't recommend Wholesale Photo highly enough. We are so grateful to Saul for his wonderful professional attention to our order. He was able to get our job done in the necessary time frame and they came out beautifully. His attention to detail made the photos mounted on foam core come out beautifully. They will be a meaningful addition to our event. Thank you Saul for being so wonderful to work with. We can't wait to work with you again.

Company is selling the FUJI X100V on amazon for $800 over MSRP. Don't do business with scalpers, even if they are a small business.

Maybe your company should be more careful not to become a fraudulent company again. I paid you money for half a month, but you still haven't sent me a courier. The bank manager told me that the bill has been completed and the money has arrived in your company's account, but you have Told me the deal was declined, WholesalePhoto is a complete fraud company

A relative asked if I could duplicate an 8 x 10 photograph of our grandparents dancing at a wedding 68 years ago. A friend recommended Saul at Wholesale Photo.
We met Saul who duplicated the old pic on the spot and printed 3 - 8 x 10 prints within minutes. The prints were better than the original.
I highly recommend Saul and Wholesale Photo. Their services go beyond photo printing and their service prices are very reasonable.
Thank you, Saul!

Just left Wholesale Photo after being completely dissed by them. I had old photos to digitize and they made it clear they were not interested in doing the job. The youngish guy who “helped” me was grouchy and obviously wanted nothing to do with my job. If you want photos digitized, go somewhere else. This place is no longer worth the time and effort.

The note below in response to my critique hardly addresses the issue. Many other reviews show that they need to work on customer relations. Burned once - twice shy. Never again. I do not take rudeness from anyone especially strangers at a store.

Edit after response: Miscommunication? No. I stood and waited a full five minutes while two staff conversed about sorting not related to the store. When the grouchy employee finally came over and I had explained what I wanted, he told me it would be $20 per photo for scanning. He had not even looked at what I had. Clearly, it was more work than he wanted to do. Went to Bergen Camera. No miss. No fuss. No problem. And the cost did not break the bank. $20 per photo? I did 200 photos for less than $200. That would have gotten me 10 scans at Wholesale Photo.

I needed to print a special photo of my husband for his memorial service. I went to Saul, and he was so kind and assured me that he would get it right. He was true to his word and I was so pleased with the final photo. Saul is a compassionate person, and does wonderful work.

Excellent experiences at Wholesale Photo! Saul helped me digitize several hundred photos of two friends who have recently passed. He added them to flash drives so I could share the photos with the families AND he patiently worked with me in the store between customers to add one group of them to my gmail account so I was able to email them to be used in the memorial service. I had 3 days to accomplish this and Saul helped me finish in 1 day!
