1 star is way more than they deserve.

Abstrakt has a contractual agreement my company to provide 2 qualified leads per month of which they did not even hit 25% of in 12 months. After months of poor performance, I had to escalate my concerns which were originally directed to Ben, who only lasted maybe a month with us. On multiple occasions we were told that they are going to have month strategy meetings to a figure a unique approach to my market and that they were going to increase their efforts to achieve the results that we were GUARANTEED. Then we were assigned a new "partner success manager" named Eric W. All that we heard from Eric was the same empty promises with no actual improvement or results. At the 12-month mark of service (for which Abstrakt was paid in full) we were told that we would be put on "free status" which meant that they continue to provide us with service until they fulfill their contractual obligations for number of leads generated. That was over 4 months ago and not only have I not gotten any additional leads, but there has been no updated communication from my "partner success manager". All of this has been escalated to the top of their company, with no response or signs of effort to fulfill their agreement. I paid Abstrakt a lot of money and I have nothing to show for it. Their lack of professionalism and refusal to fulfill their contractual agreement has gotten me to the point of seeking legal counsel.

The best part of this is that after 12 + months of underwhelming service, they had the audacity to try to get us to sign a new contract and pay them more money...unreal.

I can't wait to see the canned response on my review about how much they value our relationship/partnership and how they stand by their performance and contract terms..

Based on everything I have seen I think I have better luck getting bit by a dinosaur then actually seeing any return on my investment with Abstrakt.

Am very unhappy with the services provided by Abstrakt Marketing Group. They promised me on getting qualified leads and appointment. For 4 months i just got 1 appointment booked and that too was alinged with someone who was not interested in our services. Inspite of continuously raising concerns there were no results. I have lost hard earned money with them. I requested for a some refund as they did not meet the commitments. But my request was rejected 🙁

Further Update: After the meeting with VP - I was not given any solution nor refund. I have lost all my money of 15K USD on a very poor service from Abstrakt. They do not understand the pain and have no empathy towards me. I also proved to them that they did not meet their goals but still they have rejected my request to refund my hard earned money 🙁
