TL;DR: In my experience, Joseph “JT” Grano of Next-Mark, LLC provided disorganized and unprepared Salesforce consulting, failed to meet deadlines, and showed little concern for major project errors. Ultimately, the implementation had to be pulled from production due to numerous issues, and despite these failures, he was unwilling to offer any refund or concession. In my view, his contradictory advice, poor communication, and lack of urgency demonstrate a subpar level of professionalism, and I would strongly advise others to avoid hiring him.

*****

I want to share my extremely negative experience working with Joseph “JT” Grano of Next-Mark, LLC on a Salesforce implementation project. From my point of view, it was a complete disaster—so much so that I feel compelled to warn any potential client to exercise extreme caution before hiring him.

Inefficient and Unprepared Discovery Sessions
- In my experience, the discovery sessions were highly inefficient, and JT appeared poorly prepared.
- Despite providing detailed documentation, it seemed he was unable to grasp moderately complex concepts, such as our lead intake process.
- Long conversations with JT felt fruitless, as he appeared to misunderstand critical points I had explained multiple times.

Missed Deadlines and Chaotic “Go-Live”
-The project was expected to launch in November, but due to JT’s apparent lack of organization, it didn’t go live until February—and even then, it was riddled with errors.
- The issues were so severe that the system had to be pulled from production, directly impacting our sales. In my view, JT showed no sense of urgency in addressing these major problems.

Lack of Concern and Poor Communication
- In my opinion, JT did not exhibit a genuine commitment to project success. Whenever I reached out in emergencies, he often stated he was busy with other clients and then failed to follow up later.
- This lack of support ultimately forced me to shut down the project after persistent, unresolved errors.

No Refund or Willingness to Negotiate
- Despite the extremely poor quality of the deliverables and the missed timeline, JT was unwilling to negotiate even a partial refund.
- This reinforced my impression of total indifference toward my concerns and to the project as a whole.

Contradictory Recommendations and Misleading Advice
- Before I committed, JT recommended using Salesforce Scheduler to boost his value proposition.
- After the implementation phase ended, he then claimed Salesforce Scheduler would not meet our needs.
- This contradictory approach felt misleading and, in my opinion, demonstrated a lack of due diligence on his part.

Morally Questionable Billing Practice
- All fees were collected within the first few months, despite JT not meeting critical deadlines.
- From my perspective, this approach seems morally reprehensible, especially given the incomplete, error-laden final product.

Severe Impact on My Business
- In my personal experience, the overall result was lost sales, wasted time, and a derailed project.
- I felt fooled, conned, and taken advantage of by Joseph “JT” Grano.

BOTTOM LINE:
Joseph “JT” Grano of Next-Mark, LLC did not meet the promised project scope, lacked urgency in resolving critical issues, and demonstrated no genuine concern for my business’s success.
If you value timely deliverables, competent project management, and basic professional courtesy, my personal advice is: steer clear of Next-Mark, LLC and Joseph “JT” Grano.
I wish I had known these facts before signing any agreements. Don’t be another victim of subpar Salesforce consulting services.
