Beautiful store with a clean, organized set up, fair prices, and very helpful employees. I already knew this place was legit when my friend who does photography professionally recommended the store to me, but my own experience really sealed the deal. I went in a bit lost being a beginner and Shane helped me find exactly what I needed at a reasonable price to fit my budget. Superb customer service, would come again and would definitely recommend.

I found these guys on TikTok after the other local places were unable to serve. I stopped by to look at shoe mounts for canon rebel.

Shane there was very helpful and found me some accessories from Small Rig that exceeded any expectation for what I was shopping.

The store has a full inventory name brand product and accessories, so you won’t walk away empty handed. I had mentioned that I am more an in-person shopper off-the-shelf more than I am an online shopper, and like to impulsively buy what I see. I found all that I was looking for for exactly the amount of money I brought.

Hence the name “Impulse”, very clever.

As I grow my experience I will def be stopping by to add to my kit.

Stopped in only after learning of Impulse's existence a few hours earlier. Wow. What a nice store. Roomy, cozy, and packed with choices from quality point and shoot to high end equipment. In looking to upgrade, no question went unanswered. No hard sales. They want you to be confident you are getting what your are looking for and not underbuy or overbuy. You can go home and think about your options and come back and buy with confidence. They work with your knowledge level. I say support your local business owners at the same price you would get from a massive supplier, but with personalized care by a couple of knowledgeable brothers. So nice to see a new business startup in a Walmart/Amazon world. Shane and Travis are great.

Talked to Shane. Super nice guy who with his brother open this shop. The wife and I are downsizing so brought in some older photo and video equipment. He did some magic computer work and gave me some options on what I could expect if I was to sell on my own and what similar items have recently sold for. In the end he bought what I had and I'm completely happy with the transaction. Nice guy to work with.

Last weekend, I went to this store for a public meet up for a camera I really wanted to purchase. Shane was working, and said he could make sure the camera I was checking out was okay to buy and did several test on the camera for free before I bought it. He noticed the camera's sensor was dirty, so he cleaned it, and threw in a free camera cleaning set since I was a new shooter! He is a super knowledgeable person when it comes to cameras, and even let me try a brand new lens out the box on the camera I just bought so I could get a feel of it! I'm for sure going to recommend this place to people I know since they were so helpful without wanting much in return. I will for sure be back whenever I need some gear for my new to me camera.
