I had a great experience from start to finish while picking out a new couch. Brenda B is outstanding at her job. She asked the right questions to narrow down the area of the store where items that would fit my parameters would be. She was clear and to the point with information on the couches I was interested in. When it came time to order, she went above and beyond helping me to understand all the different customizations and options.

Sophia was fantastic!! She read the room. One of us was excited for patio furniture! One of us was not;) She then directed us to see if there was anything in the back clearance section. There was!! It wasn’t really on the floor. The warehouse guys said it was indeed available. My husband raced to home depot to get a box truck and get back before 5 as the warehouse closed at 5. We didn’t want to wait until next week. Had that sucker loaded and gone by 5:05:) thanks guys! That was fantastic!!!

What a wonderful experience buying our sofa unit at Steinhafels. The salesman, Reynaldo Cruz, was exceptional. He dismantled the unit we were considering so we could see exactly what it would look like in our home. Then, he put a piece of the unit on a cart and pushed it to natural lighting so we could see the natural color. That was a lot of work and we appreciated it. As we were purchasing the unit, the interior designer asked what color I plan to use as an accent. She spent time with me and got fabric samples to show me
The perfect shade to accent the couch. We were more than happy with our experience and would highly recommend Steinhafels!

My partner and I recently bought furniture there and half our order was wrong or broken. Still waiting for the piece to come and it’s been over 6 weeks. They said it would take 6 weeks and last I checked it won’t be here for another 4. You would think they’d check to make sure they have the correct piece before delivering. Biggest issue is that they delivered us a crooked chair. You sit in it and it leans to the right. You can visually see how bad it is. Customer service ‘fixed’ it and it’s still crooked. Now they want us to take off work again to send the same guy out to fix it. He left last time saying ‘well it’s better than it was’ knowing the entire chair still leaned towards the right. I would not recommend them as they don’t really care about the quality of their products. Service guy even said that to us. To expect their furniture to not be made well. Sales people are nice but when you actually have an issue costumer service really does nothing, just keeps trying to fix something that they can’t fix. Funny thing is my guess they’ll pay more in the service man’s salary to come out here than getting a new chair would probably cost. I also bet the more they take my furniture apart the less it’ll last too. Thank god we didn’t get the ‘extra’ warranty package. If we have to fight so much to get you to give us a piece of furniture that you can sit on my guess is you’ll find any reason to not honor the extra warranty on it they offer for fabric, pet stains, etc. if you order from them, check your stuff insanely carefully when they drop it off, and reject the piece for anything that is even the slightest bit imperfect. Otherwise, our experience is you won’t get it fixed with service.

Purchased an expensive couch and loveseat. The zippers on the inside back split on both spilling all the stuffing out of the top portion of headrests out within 6 months. They had talked us into an expensive extended warranty I was glad but, When I called the warranty did not cover manufacture issues as they had told us. Poor craftsmanship and refused to honor what the salesman told us would be covered. Will never have our business again.

Purchased a Beautyrest Black LX Mattress and was just delivered today. At the Store a Salesman name Jordan helped us and was very nice and very knowledgeable too. Made our purchase easy and fun. Delivery went well with guys right on time took away our old Mattress and Box Spring too. (We paid $25.00 for them to take it away). THIS IS UPDATE, MY WIFE WENT TO TURN MATTRESS TO PUT CLEAN SHEETS ON AND NOTICED THIS BULGE FROM BOXSPRING… IT WAS BROKE . DIDNT NOTICE ON DELIVERY THEY SLAPPED THE MATTRESS ON AND HAD TO SEE IT AND SAID NOTHING. WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE….
Just went back to this store and purchased patio table and chairs and great people here helped make the right choice, and their white glove delivery service was awesome… delivery guys couldn’t have been nicer or more professional.
