Had my first facial ever today with Sydni, and it was the best! It was very relaxing and I felt like she was very gentle with my skin. I left glowing. Will be seeing her again on a monthly basis! Thanks, Sydni!

Cannot recommend Kneaded Relief Day Spa enough!! I reached out in July to book a bridal party/hen party/bachelorette party event at the spa for late September and these guys are impressively busy so I pretty much just made the cut (so plan ahead-ahead folks!) but Michelle was fantastic! She was so helpful, communicative, and friendly. We were able to get everyone in for everything they wanted which was mostly nails. However, the bride got a bath and massage and I got a massage and steam shower as well. Cryssanne was so great with our massages, so friendly and did a wonderful job working out the stressors built up in our bodies. I heard the bath was AMAZING. Lynn, Jordy, and Alanah did our nails and they were so fun, we all had such a great time, we didn’t work it out to all be in there at the same time, but there was definitely overlap with some of us and of course Lynn, Jordy, and Alanah made it a good time and did such a beautiful job on our nails. Melissa had a room set aside for us to gather with our food and drinks in between appointments because we were there from about 11:30a-4:30p and we had finger sandwiches, fruit and veggies, cookies, tea and water (we’re NA folks) and the room worked perfect as a space for us to do that!! The front desk staff were also funny and kind and we had a lovely time with them as well. Again, an all around wonderful experience that I can’t recommend enough. I just emphasize again to plan ahead, 2 months was enough time but I’m sure an even bigger heads up would go appreciated for sure! I left there with another appointment set up to come back around my birthday even! Definitely choose Kneaded Relief for your spa needs in the Madison area. Thank you Michelle and everyone at Kneaded Relief for making our day so memorable!!

Had a 45 minute massage with Duke this morning and it was the best massage I have ever had. He did a great job working on the issues I was having with my back. He was very professional and personable. I would recommend kneaded relief to anyone looking for relaxation.

Require a 48 hour cancelation, but they are able to cancel on you with less than 18 hours. I waited almost 3 months for this appointment, just for them to cancel at the last minute. Will not be booking with them again.

As long as Melissa is working there I will never go anywhere else for a facial. Pure heaven. I called same day hoping for a last minute appt back in December and got lucky. I had a 75 minute wellness facial with Melissa and it was the best spa treatment I’ve ever had, and I’d call myself a picky person. I’ve been to Sundara and edgewater multiple times, and other places as well. Those places do not compare to the service/treatment I got from Melissa. Since then I have been back twice and received the same amazing level of service. I’ve never been one to book regular treatments but Melissa does book out pretty far (understandably so - which is why I hesitated to write this, lol!) - so I’ve made sure to make future appointments each time I’m there. Do yourself a favor and book a facial with Melissa; you’ll be so happy you did!

Kneaded Relief is a dream come true. Everyone is always welcoming and so kind. Mae is really great at what she does and every facial I get with her gets better and better. (Didn't know that was possible.) She truly cares about her clients skin and offers good advice for after care. Will be back! Also, Duke is very personable and he gives the best massage I've ever had. Thank you!
