DO NOT USE THE INKBOX OUTSIDE THEIR ESTABLISHMENT, IT IS FULL OF FAKE HP INK CARTRIDGES THAT DO NOT WORK ON ANY UPDATED PRINTER. THE PRINTER WILL STATE FIRMWARE NOT UPDATED. INKBOX KNOWS THIS IS AN ISSUE AND STILL SELLS THE INK! I DONT KNOW HOW OFFICE OUTFITTERS ALLOWS INKBOX TO DO THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!

This is a great company. Family owned. Good products. I absolutely love their delivery service, especially their employee Harold. He is funny, kind, nice, helpful, and reliable! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the product, puts furniture together and gets things done properly.

If you need a receipt for your UPS return/ drop off this is not the place to go, they cannot print it for you. Other wise they seemed friendly enough.

I'm so thankful to have a UPS drop-off in town! I use pirate ship to get discounted UPS rates (which includes receipts & tracking) and just drop them off here! No wait, no fuss. I love having this as a resource to get things printed & laminated that are too big for my home setup. It's not the cheapest option as far as office supplies go, but it is local and family owned and worth supporting!

I love this place. The owners and staff are super friendly and they will recognize and acknowledge you in public if you are a frequent customer. That is my experience. Mary - turns out she and her husband Joe own the business - went way out of her way to help us with a stubborn printing problem. She was so relaxed and cheerful with a can do never say die spirit! Exceeded even the small city friendliness you might expect. Great experience!

Very helpful and can get anything done for you. Take it in and they can ship it. Awesome job with getting presentations out together and helping with professional handout materials. Shipping is ludicrously expensive nowadays, but it’s not this places fault. They’re great! Go here as support local business, not the post office 🙂
