I called and asked for a Topper that had broken. The original trophy was done here. The first time I called she remembered the trophies and the specific event and said she would order it for me. I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing so I called back and she hadn't even ordered it. She basically brushed me off because she said she had some bigger orders that were taking up all her time. She said she would get back to me again. Its now been 2 months since I've heard anything. I went about getting the exact topper online and fixed it myself 6 weeks ago. I'm glad your busy but very unhappy with your customer service. The original is nice and now that it's fixed my daughter's happy.

Cindy and the Dockside team are very knowledgable about the products they offer. I needed shirts made for my restaurant business and she guided me through all of the product options, and even sent me various proofs of the final design and made the tweaks I asked for!
