Can not say enough positive things about the customer service I have experienced today. My husband was working on our siding and accidentally cut the wire - I am working from home and needed to be online asap. I went down and talked to Kevin and he had Joe and Chris come out to service. They were at my home in minutes and had me back up and running within 10 minutes!

Super pleased with Solarus and our high speed internet. Had a problem this morning and placed a call. Spoke w a tech who routed my call to Joe. Joe just finished up fixing the problem.
Excellent customer service via phone too when I called about our bill, inquiring about their cable package, etc. Highly recommend.

The Internet keeps going out and my family needs it for work bc we work from home. Solarus needs to get there shit together and do something about the connection issues going on

Internet constantly messes up. For several years. They increase the speed and still it goes in and out every day. They tell you everything looks fine on their end or they come and check it and same day it's back to messing up. They're all super nice, it's just not a quality service, but it's all Manawa offers so we live with it.

Slowest but the only internet most people in the manawa area can get, should be getting roughly 10 mb/s but would be extremely lucky to get a solid 5 mb/s. They also put the router in a closet furthest away from any device to use the wi-fi.

Would give it a zero star if I had the option… Overpriced slow internet. That goes down every night at the same time if I could switch I would in a heart beat but Only option in my town witch you would think they would treat us better…

Update: Since my last review below, Solarus has increased their speed to 70 mps, and DECREASED their price for internet service. I’m very happy with this upgrade.
Overpriced. Way overpriced. And they get away with it because its the only way to get internet in Manawa.
