Disappointing Experience and Lack of Service

I had a very disappointing experience with 10com Web Development. I initially signed up for website development and SEO services, and after speaking with a representative named Mark, I made a full payment based on the promises made.

Unfortunately, the process quickly turned frustrating. I received no clear updates or reports regarding SEO, and communication became inconsistent. After weeks of waiting, I was sent a homepage for approval, which required several corrections. Later, I received a five-page website draft—but it contained multiple errors and looked rushed. I had provided over 40 professional photos for the project, and only 4 were used, repeated across all pages.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund due to the poor quality and lack of progress, the company refused. I feel that I received little to no value for the money I paid and cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
