They make it impossible to cancel the Buyers Edge mailing publication. Why place your subscription telephone number on the publication and nobody you talk to knows how to get this stopped from clogging up your mailbox.

SHAM! Subscribed based on $.99 per month promotion. Never saw a 'this will switch to $14.99 in ___ months and you will not get notice - you will just be charged $14.99.' Called and disputed the transaction and was denied refund request. Was even declined request to speak to manager. What a sham and a huge waste of time.

Do not advertise with these people!! I have worked in advertising for 10 years and I own and run a business in Arizona. We engaged AZ Republic for an article, paid them $5,000 and there was ZERO results from it, I'm not sure they even showed the article to more than a hundred people. Further, with everything fully paid they then came back to me for more money stating I owed them interest.. Bottom line, this is an absolute con and this company will bring you nothing but regret, stay away!!!

For several years I had a digital account that cost me $10.00 per year. I got the digital account in the first place because the home delivery that I had for many years got absolutely terrible. They insisted on keeping my credit card on file. This year, they charged my account $30.00 without my consent or even a discussion. I have been trying for 4 weeks now to get the refund they keep telling me is being issued. When I call, I get promises that my refund is on the way. I have talked to John and JR and all I get are promises.
Needless to say I am very unhappy with the way they do business. I am a senior on SSA and I do not have any money to waste. Please send my refund.!

Terrible company. I canceled my subscription numerous times, but they continue to charge me and say "we never received an cancellation" when I have proof of talking to them. They stole money and there poor customer service will not admit it.

signed up for the Newspaper subscription only received my paper TWICE out of 2 months. Spoke to a customer agent to cancel my subscription and three months late they were STILL charging me! After I cancelled!

I cancelled back in December well guess what the person who helped me never cancelled it and they charged me 38.99 03/05/2020 for January and February month. and i still didn't see a single paper lol. and customer service was absolutely NO help at all. didn't receive my money back so now i will dispute with bank and block them ! They're FRAUD!
