I wouldn't give this company a 1 star review (but I have to in order to post this). As previous reviewers have stated Ian took pictures for the City of Maricopa for Soccer. Not a single person has received pictures yet to my knowledge (I have not and I have two kids on different teams and age groups). Ian not only promised to refund X percent to his customer base but he promised pictures would be ready. We have yet to receive pictures or the X refund he promised. Any contact has gone unresponded. As a warning I would request any pictures you have done by this company be done up front before any payment is made.

This company is a joke! We had soccer pictures done over a month ago and still have not received them. I contacted Ian steenkamp by text message several times and no reply. So I called. No answer. Then a text message asking me to please text him, and not call. Well I replied with I did text you several times and you never replied. I fail to understand how a professional business can be so irresponsible, and how they maintain their business when they do not ever answer their phones nor their text messages. I fail to understand why none of us have gotten out photos as well. This is ridiculous!!!! With the holidays approaching it would have been nice to have the photos to give to family and what not. But, at this point I am wondering if there even are any pictures, and I am definitely confused as to who I am supposes to contact seeing as how nobody has return my messages or phone calls.

Just exactly as the other reviews have said. I think the entire season of Maricopa soccer pics have not been delivered. He won’t answer phone, text, emails, Facebook messages. This has to be thousands of dollars. I wonder if we can press charges?

Beware! This company is a sham! Soccer photos were purchased well over 2 months ago with the promised date of delivery November 4th. We’re now nearing December and still no photos! Their customer service stinks about as bad as my dogs diarrhea!! I’ve tried contacting them SEVERAL times via phone call, email, and text and responses are few and far between!! Steer clear of cre8mymedia! You will be sorely disappointed if you don’t!!

Seemed to be a fraud business. Took pictures for a soccer group and never delivered or produced the pictures even though they were paid for .. Stay away
